I was playing with a deck that had Mentor of the Meek and was trying to figure out how to set a deck where all creatures had etb draw effect and remembered the obvious choice: Garruk's Packleader, with both on the field any creature drop grants a card and as such another possible creature.Soul Warden and Essence Warden help with more creature etb as does Fathom Mage (potentially) and with all that lifegain Archangel was the obvious addition.
It's all about the creatures, the curve works pretty nicely so keep dropping more creatures to draw more, gain life and buff; pretty simple stuff.
