Well I mean for example, if your opponent plays a crazy artifact, you can sac on your turn to play acidic slime. You can't sac on you opponents turn since birthing pod works at sorcery speed. That's what I meant by reacting :)

I love the Eventide/guildpact decks, especially red blue. This deck is pretty awesome straight off the bat. A crag puca would make this thing simply awesome. Also, maybe more enchantments to pump up your river fall mimic would be good as well. But yeah, awesome deck :)
Ehhh, number of problems. One: sliver overlord is a big disaster waiting to happen. If a opponent gains control of him with mind control, roil elemental, etc, pretty soon he'll be grabbing your slivers and swing at you with them. So the overlord is a huge no no. Sliver queen is really good, but expensive money wise. I like the legion since it pumps of your creatures, which is was a commander should do, or have a effect the benefits a majority of your creatures. And you can win the game without them. :)
Maybe a trigon of rage, but panic spell bomb doesn't quite have a place in this deck. Thanks for the feedback :)
Seems pretty solid! Can you check out my new mono stomp deck? You helped me out with it a bit :) http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=312786
I'll consider this! Oh don't worry it's wont be one of your decks :D these are MY Lycans xD bhahaha but man thank you so much!! You have no clue how much you helped me out :)
You made your point, and I like it :D your right, humans should have some board effect without flipping. So the villagers and shamans are out, and the instigator and captives are in. Thank you so much man. Could you help me with my spells and sideboard?
Isn't it awesome!! There is nothing dirty or underhanded about it. Everyone is popping titans and using cheap tricks, so what's wrong with mine? I know your not saying its bad but that's my point about FNM these days. Wolfbitten captive seems pretty cool, it's just... Ehh only using his ability once is weird, and the mana for his ability is a draw back. I may put him in. Instigator gang is awesome, but so is the outlaw. Both are attacking advantage. I had to make a decision though: give my creatures plus 3 or make them virtually Unblockable. I'll see about that one. I love daybreak ranger cause it deals with flyers and is creature removal with feet. But I'll think about it. I'm glad I could inspire you man :)
Oh dude, seriously, no worries. You didn't offend me. If anything you helped me out a ton. I would love those dual lands but they're so pricey. Runechanters pike is actually good because your graveyard is stocked with pump spells and so on. If I find some I'll defiantly pick them up. And thanks for the critisizm. Really :)
Aura shards would be awesome enchantment removal to put in your sideboard. Also maybe a few fracturing gusts. All are green white spells that rid of enchantments and artifacts for those pesky artifact heavy or enchantment heavy decks. Just be careful not to destroy your beastmaster ascension. That's all I can think of now :)
Does it need to be budget or is this your deck that you run?
In lots of successful green white modern decks I see a playlet of kitchen finks. Maybe you should add those? But I really like this deck :D
.... This deck is badass!!!! I love it and it's budget too! And orgininal! Mad props!! :)
I like the idea about the corpse cur, just one problem though: what do I take out? And maybe I will do the mix of doom blade and go for the throat. Thank you for the complements :D time to win FNM back!
Your deck is awesome!!! I just have one issue with it: rooftop storm. It was printed to be the peaking point in a zombie deck. Once this came on the field, our opponent was suppose to simply gather his cards and go cry in the corner. However, it has a major flaw: it can't hold water on its own. By turn six, you have no zombies in your hand at all. If you hold zombies in your hand just for this card, you'll play maybe 3 or 4 zombies with extremely low life with the chucks your opponent has been taking out of you. Playing this n turn six and praying you draw a zombie turn 7 is no way to play the game. So, you can do one of two things: take the storm out and tune something else, or, embrace the storm. If you can play spells that allows you to draw mass of cards, with this out, you can simply destroy. Waiting for one zombie isn't as intimidating as playing a spell on turn seven, draw five or so cards, and pop 3 zombies down. Gitaxian probe is awesome since you can draw the turn you play the storm. Blue sun zenith is also simply amazing on turn 7. However, if you do want to embrace the storm, add some islands in there since your no longer splashing blue, but making this a actual UB deck. It's just a suggestion, but if you really like rooftop storm, then add draw spells. :)
Yessir! Here is my take on infect :)) http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=311267
I agree about inkmoth and the dual lands, and your argument about the ogre convinced me. I think this will do awesome in FNM. Look at my infect deck if you want. It's just a mono green, and not as sophisticated as yours. It's pretty much point and shoot. Yours has a plan b with the proliferation, which is a really smart move. Besides, that, some more equipment maybe, tuning your creatures and spells, and I believe we have a winning deck here :D awesome working with you man! Hope to do it again in the future (:
Well because this isn't a mono red, you can't milk your ogre for all it's worth. I mean, a turn five swing for 2 infect isn't that threatening. Ogre usually isn't blocked because its not at much as a threat. If you really like it then keep it but if you want a board threat to get even bigger with curse of the stalked prey, I'd throw in a razor swine boar. Or even keep the ogre and add the board as well. While your creatures are awesome, you need a bit more pumping. I would suggest mutagenic growth, but everyone uses that these days. And this is a original deck, so you should keep it that way. Maybe put growths in your sideboard in case someone is really whooping you. Another thing man, infect decks always need mana open. You need to be able to have a spell to pump up or bounce creatures. Silent departures isn't really the thing this deck needs. It's way too clunky and is just wasting slots that could be used for helping your creatures. If you feel like you really need to bounce, just use unsummon. I doubt that in most games you'll flash it back. Just keep that in mind. Man your deck is so cool I may make my own red blue infect :D but yeah this can do some serious damage. Just one more thing to think about, inkmoth nexus... Don't get me wrong, it is a awesome card, but you can't equip it. While it is a awesome land that can fly in a few counters, maybe alot of you pump it, it's a pretty expensive card. I'd rather invest that money into sulfer falls. Just a suggestion :)
O.o how do you spell badass? Is it like k-a-v-e-n-j-u? xD this is really awesome! I do suggest you throw in a couple more dragons. Also, the thing with this commander is you can work with it in so many different ways. One example is that knights vs dragon duel deck would be awesome, since you use the knights spells and the dragons in your deck. There are a bunch of goblins that can allow you to tutor for dragons, make your dragons cheaper to cost, etc. another thing you should invest in is reanimation spells. They can bring your graveyard dragons back along with ur. So keep that in mind, but besides that, awesome possum :D
My friend, I was looking over your deck again because I'm using it as a guideline for my werewolves, and I'm wondering instead of llanowar elves for a creature mana base, wouldn't scorned villager be better? You get more out of her for her race. She is one extra mana but she is a werewolf. Just a thought :)
