This Deck is ment to double the number of counters on Gemstone Array, Hankyu, Workhorse, Triskelion, Darksteel Reactor, and all the +1/+1 counters. With Experiment Kraj and Spitting Image you can copy Cards like Gilder Bairn and Platinum Angel. You could also use Splitting Image to copy Experiment Kjar so that you can copy more affects. Placing divenity counters on your cretures will make sure that they dont get destroyed, and planar portal will help you grab cards from your deck to play and cause your opponent's dismay to increace. Playing Platinum Angel will make sure that you have time to build up counters on your many cards.
