Why do these cards exsist?

by RoughneckBarbarian on 07 November 2009

Main Deck (60 cards)

Instants (3)

Artifacts (4)

Land (20)

Sideboard (0 cards)

No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

Triskelion + Blade of the Bloodchief/Vigor/Mephidross Vampire = stupid.
Any of the above cards + Doubling Season = certifiably insane.
Nature's Revolt = no one will ever play anything if I choose not to let them.

Agreed. The best part if this deck is that when you run out of things to kill (I'm considering adding in spells to make lands creatures so I can kill those, too), you can just ping Triskelion with himself and pump him up... Wtf?

the dense foliage screws over the deck, you can't target your own creature.

I have no spells to target my creature. Abilities are still open.

this is awesome. and funny(because of the name), and witty(the combos are ridiculous) and awesome(again). which makes this totally worth plus one. please, if you have time, check out my NEED OPINIONS deck. because i need opinions... yep.

lol. Good old hipponox. You always know how to make a girl blush...

I've built a couple Trisk decks before, but this one just seemed to fall together when I decided to go for broke in the zaniness sector... The old Trisk + Mephidross just doesn't seem so awesome anymore. I just wish I had more Mana ramp and countering power.

I saw your OPINIONS deck right before I checked for comments on this one and was planning on going there next anyway. It was meant to be.

lol. i guess it was. thanks for commenting by the way. and i've found some more cool black/green control/countering cards for you because you said you wanted more countering power- withering boon, words of command, avoid fate

ooo. i also saw phyrexian arena on rileyandholley88's mono black deck and that might be of interest to you as well.

hmmm... I considered Phyrexian Arena, but I'm just not sure what is going to work in this deck yet. Avoid Fate would also be nice, but it would really only be there to protect Dense Foliage. I'll play a few games with it and see what I can rearrange.

If only Word of Command wasn't $44...

This is a really great combo. I have liked this deck. If it weren't for the land destruction and infinite combo, I would love this deck.
