Quicksilver Fountain + Carpet of Flowers is awesome, and Upwelling allows me to abuse it. I try to make sure there's always a land that's not an Island with Thwart and Flooded Shoreline (return Forests with flood counters and play them), Feral Hyrdra, Wurmcalling, and Part Water take advantage of Upwelling, and Roots of Life discourages opponent's from using flooded lands. Nacatl War-Pride and Drain Power are just there to have fun with.
