{Q} Abuse - Infinite Mana/Tapp..

by RoughneckBarbarian on 15 November 2009

Main Deck (60 cards)

Sideboard (0 cards)

No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

Attach Paradise Mantle, Multani's Harmony, or Utopia Vow to any creature with an untap ability. Mana Reflection allows you to tap and untap that creature indefinitely. Pili-Pala provides infinite mana, Mine-Captain provides infinite power, Silkbind provides infinte tapping, and Patrol signaler provides infinite creatures. Sure there are easier ways to get infinite creatures, but this is WAY more fun.

i think the idea is oke, all that's missing, is some protection. 1 pyroclasm and everything is gone. And not to mention, no haste abilities.... It would be SWEET in this deck.. :)

By the way, I think you should also get cards that protect Mana Reflection because if it dies, it basically just means you lost the game.

Yea, you should also add more lands...24 is the recommened amount on the Magic: The Gathering introduction rulebook. So go ahead and take out a couple of copies of spells and creatures you don't often use, add in some protection for Mana Reflection and a bit more lands. Your deck will go along more smoothly in general.

+ More lands
+ Stuff to Protect Mana Reflection

P.S. So if I destroy Mana Reflection, I pretty much beat this deck?
>:) Goes off and runs an entire mono-green deck of big creatures and naturalize like effects.

chilly282 even a novice can create a deck designed to beat just 1 deck. congratulations on that achievement

Roughneck, thanks for the support on my chiral chaos deck, its much appreciated. if u find urself in trouble with this deck cause people r destroyin ur stuff then u could add in Privileged Position for some protection. other then that this looks pretty fun and good, nice job

chilly282, i wrote this when i thought u were layin a smackdown on me, no more hostility from me, but its still really easy to make a deck just to combat a single deck

Go right ahead wizard. I post decks simply for other people to use. What good is creativity if it isn't shared?

No problem dknight. I can't stand idiocy and will tear it down whenever it shows its hideous face.

As for the rest of you:
Thank you for your comments. I will probably add a few cards to deal with protection after a bit of playtesting. I just wanted to see which of the combos would be most effective before I dove right in. I never EVER run more than 20 lands. Want to know why? I play 3+ player free for all, and I really REALLY hate top-decking lands 4 or 5 turns in a row. Magic's beginner guide can suck it. I'm not a beginner. Because this deck is full of cheap spells and the combos revolve around mana ramp, I could probably get away with 16 lands if I wanted to. Otherwise, I agree with everything you all said.
