I'd run three defiances... but I'm digging your deck's simple strenght. However, I would think of splashing blue for unblockable creatures and sideboard options. Artful dodge + Wild defiance + flashback = +6/+6 unblockable.. add a Giant Growth... then its 12/12. SUPRISE MUTHA******!! I give it a like as is... and hope to see you come to "my side" of simic;)

I like how this is like, the embodiment of what "Green" is supposed to be, as far as magic goes. Good job, I like it.
Funny thing, I was thinking of designing an "ambush" deck earlier today. A few cards that came to mind are Gilt-Leaf Ambush and Qasali Ambusher.
