Deck Description

This deck is mostly filled with spiders, which provide protection from flying creatures and land creatures. The Arachnus Spinner allows me to trap my opponents creatures with Arachnus Webs by tapping one of my spiders to stop them from attacking, blocking and activating their abilities. Spider spawning allows me to pile up spider tokens and flashback it using Vivid Grove, these spider tokens, along with other creatures i control can be used to boost Mossbridge Troll into a 25/25 creature. Brawn gives my creatures trample and Bellowing Tanglewurm gives intimidate so I can afflict lots of damage to my opponents. If i happen to have a boosted Mossbridge Troll out i can use Overwhelming Stampede to give each of my creatures +25/+25 and trample until the end of the turn so I can deliver the finishing blow.

Deck discussion for Spider Swarm

The only real problem i see keeping this from being a really strong deck is your Mana Curve. There are a lot of really expensive creatures and i don't see anything other than Doubling Chant to give you any kind of Mana acceleration. If your opponent has a slow building deck, then it means nothing and you are going to be pretty competitive. But if your enemy has any real speed, You may be in trouble.

Yes, it is quite slow at times, but the deadly recluse help me protect myself, opponents never attack me when they are out unless their creature has first strike or double strike of course. I also place arachnus webs on my opponents creatures to stop them from hitting me etc. Thanks for the comment :).

Still mana acceleration never hurts. Llanowar Elves or Abundant Growth speeds you up a full land drop. Also you can find cheaper spiders like Frostweb Spider, and Grappler Spider.
