I wanted to give it my own shot. I don't have a lot of mana sinker cards but I wanted to try some other tricks. Some cards I'm thinking about adding in:Howling Mine: like with Rites I want to become less of a threat on the top early while still fulling my hand.Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary: speaks for himself really. I just don't have him in because my mana gain is great already and I don't have much mana sinks at the moment.Hall of Gemstone: add more control to my deck but increases my threat level.Mana sinks! There is a good amount that I see a lot of other Sasaya decks run. Might add a couple if need to.
Pretty straightforward with Sasaya. Use my ramp/land searchers to help fill my hand so I can flip my general to increase my mana. Once that is down then I want to make it easier to play my lands I have in my hand (not all of them). I added in some good additional land play cards to help. I want to try and keep about 3 or 4 lands in my hand at all time, especially when moving from early game to more mid/late game.My mana sinks I added were:Polukranos, World Eater: can be a big creature and a fun wrath.Genesis Wave/Green Sun's Zenith: Sun is more of a tutor card but Wave can pull out most of deck late game.Scavenging Ooze: just some simple graveyard hate. Always helpful.Omnath Locus of Mana: keeps my mana around longer and benefits from it. Wolfbriar Elemental: make myself lots of tokens.
