Ok cool. Most people put that commander in the sideboard to make it easier to find. Are you on a budget of some kind or just happens to look that way?

I would go more black control with this commander. This doesn't loom bad however maybe do some more black ramp? I know there is two creatures that can double your black mana. Also if you have Cabal Coffers you should be running Urborg Tomb and Deserted Temple.
Ok so who is your commander and what are you looking for I terms of advice?
I think someone is a little butthurt over a causal deck.
Sure that works too. I mean you would be going 4 colors but thats up to you.
You ever think about putting in other planeswalkers? I mean its cool that you get a 9/9 and all but that won't do much sense its only 1 per turn (until you pump out another emblem). Add in Garruk to give it trample and buff it up (Wildspeaker) or sac it to get card draw (Primal Hunter). Tamiyo would also work nicely. Oh and of course you can't forget about Jace.
Eye of Ugin could go a long way in this deck.
I've always been interested in Derevi and own the precon deck myself (just haven't gotten around to doing anything with it). The biggest thing I planned on doing was abusing his ability and adding things that either "come into play tapped" or "don't untap during your next turn" type of deal.Mana Vault, Stonehewer Giant and Stoneforge Mystic if you happen to go more equipment of course, Order of Whiteclay, Freed from the Real, Thawing Glaciers, Lux Cannon.Those are just a few off of the top of my head. My take on this deck is just to abuse Derevi's abilities.Also I would recommend some mass removal like Wrath of God and Austere Command.
I realize that artifact removal is gonna hurt me. Every deck has some type of weakness and mine just happens to be this big. I have some steps in protecting myself from artifact removal but I can't stop it all. I don't run much counterspells but I might be adding in another one or two of them.

You are short 1 card. You only have 99 cards for this deck (this includes your commander). You have 2 darksteel plates and you should move your commander to the sideboard area.Personally I think you can reduce your land count to about 38-40. You can then replace those cards with artifact ramp if need be or other cards to help you abuse Sen or get you to your wincon(s). You also have Land Tax in the deck so you might want to try adding in Scroll Rack. Those two together have great card advantage.
What does this have to do with this deck?
Yea I saw that and it is why I suggested that they have Phenax as the commander and Mirko put into the deck. I think Phenax would be a better commander to have than Mirko. With Mirko you have to meet a condition for his ability to trigger, which I have said is to deal combat damage to an opponent.
What happens if Treasure Hunt only hits maybe 3 or 4 cards? You have to get lucky that they don't finish you too fast? I like your idea and I know it is budget but the legacy/modern games I see are over in 3 to 5 turns.
No you are right, he got banned a while back.
What about adding in Burgeoning and Exploration? Azusa, Lost but Seeking would also be good in this deck. However if you plan on wanting to have all the land in your hand so you can use your general flip side then maybe not. All up to you.Also if you want to be ballsy or know that you are safe you can always play Liege of the Tangle for a game finisher.You might also want to think about Tooth and Nail. With all that many you can get your fatties out.
I don't play heavy mill or anything unless I mill myself. Have you considered switching your commander snd Phenax around? Easier to mill people once he hits the field and doesn't need to deal damage.
Couple things you might want to look into. I know you are focused on cat tribal but Stoneforge Mystic and Stonehewer Giant would be good adds for equipment search. Up to you really and I'm sure you already knew about those and wanted to keep your theme. Now on to real cards you should consider.Sculpting Steel, copy one of your artifacts or an opponent's. Sensei's Divining Top, honest worth the money and gives you more control on draws. Can also protect itself on removes and cheap to cast.Scroll Rack, awesome card to add. Don't like your hand right now? Draw a new one.Scroll Rack + Land Tax combo will give you great card advantage.Tithe for more ramp in your deck.Last you might want to look at Grafdigger's Cage to shut graveyards out.
Thanks for some advice. My sideboard are just cards I will be swapping in and out for play testing. I don't do sideboards for EDH because I only play causal and not tournaments.-Clutch of Undeath isn't something I want. It fits the flavor but doesn't add much with 5 CMC. -Ghastly Remains would be good if I need more creatures to sac and bring back. I'll have this in my maybeboard and try it out.-I did have Grave Defiler in this deck before I started making cuts. I might end up cutting Call to the Kindred if I can't get much use -out of it and put this in instead.-Lifebane Zombie is good for a sideboard if I ever end up doing that.-Liliana's Reaver is another card I am considering adding in and trying out.-Soulless One was a hard cut for me. I really like it but so far it hasn't won me any games. It normally draws too much hate in my play group.-Feeding Frenzy is a good spot removal card so I have this one up in my maybeboard. It will most likely take the place of Soul Manipulation.
Doubling Season and Parallel Lives to help double your tokens. I would also recommend adding in some EDH staples like Sensei's Divining Top, Sol ring, ect. Add in some spot removal and board wipes to. Also you may want to add in some ramp cards.
