Well its a decent concept. Allthough... I am wondering why the seraphs? You have no angels. So in the midst of things 4 life doesnt really mean much. you are leaning on some unblockable spells whilst using bounce spells. I think you only need one or the other eh? If you do go for unblockability maybe rouges passage will benefit you more than seraph sanctuary. either way good build

This is a great deck for the budget. The only thing I would be worried about is getting the land out fast enough, but I guess your wall can help you a bit there. good work.
since your red and black with undying. Consider Defiler of souls
yo get yourself some token bonuses since you have soooo many! cruesaders enchantment, soul warden clerics, perhaps a growing ranks enchantment or populate spells. I see so many tokens. there are some more ways to take advantage. Also ditch your captains call for two more gather the townsfolk... for sure.
not bad, throw a couple gutter grimes in here
tomb scour is nice, but you have a lot of instant reduction tactics. Perhaps add some chronic flooding to give you a more defensive angle as well
you have a a lot of high cost cards up in this. I would consider throwing in a few slumbering dragons to invest in the wait for land
while it looks fun and everything, I do wonder how your going to win with it. I mean you have four 4/4's and not really any means to dispose of your enemies creatures. Once they figure out your fogging a lot I am sure they will leave blockers even when they do attack. perhaps a strong creature thrown into the mix or some damage added? just food for thought
I guess if it were me I would choose beween the destroy spells or the counter spells. Probably either tone down on sorcerys or creatures depending on how you want to play it because both fields can only be played on your turn, and there are quite a few of both sides. Also I might want to fix the land ratio which I jut noticed... it seems a bit high. A lot of your excess cards are coming from there. You have a pretty low mana cost I guess 22 is more than enough (which is what I usually roll with on most of my decks).
I like this deck even though it went a different route than mine. I only used one apoclypse and army of the damned. For me I prefer a ton of cheap and expendable zombies that way nothing really seems important until its too late ^^
well man I give you props for at least trying to make a rats deck without relentless rats..... honesly I think those cards are lame and annoying. good luck with it
well you have joint assaults but no soulbound creatures eh? perhaps it would be better just to throw in giant growths. Also you should should check out some of the following (feed the pack, howl of the wolfpack, essence of the wild, kessig cage breakers, fresh meat, perhaps lost in the woods also for more time growth
well I usually roll about 22 lands with a spell or creature to give me a land boost.... but that is in a 60 card deck. I would advice you to maybe cut down on some things that dont really go along with the theme your going for. Perhaps knock out some of those non important creatures. I mean the young wolf is cheap and neat, but does not really fit the profile in this eh? And perhaps you should just make a solid decision on what kind of magic your aiming for, wether its burn or boost. The less cards you have, the better the odds your gonna get what you want.
I really like this deck, I am in the processing of trying to make a blue and red werewolf + transform deck using counterspells to drain the enemy and leave them with little to defend with. I like your populating idea also
Could you perhaps add the how to play this deck section? I am a little confused because there are so many cards and not that many copies... what is the ultimate stradegy here?
