I call this deck the Tour De France with all the cycling going on. First and foremost this is a BUDGET build and was inspired by the commander VS deck Stephen Green played. This time there are no premium tutors. no cascading into living end and your mana ramp is based on cycling creatures for fixing. The idea is you need to cycle through your whole deck as fast as you possible and dump the contents of your graveyard back onto the battlefield to mow down your opponents with huge dumb creatures! This deck is fun to use but it's terrible and should only be played against pre-cons or other low powered decks.
Cromat is your commander in this 5 color deck but he's mostly there so people aren't afraid of you and leave you alone. You need to fill up your graveyard by cycling and drawing into gas as fast as you can. What kind of gas are you hoping to draw into? You could return all those giant, huge cmc creatures to the battlefield with pyrrhic revival, grimoire of the dead, twilights call, death or glory or the best of all, living death. You can get value out of your dead creatures with tombstone stairwell or necromancer's covenant. Get the most value out of your lands you cycled with Worm Harvest or better yet a splendid reclamation. Thanks to Amonkhet there are SO many value enhancements for cycling like Drake Haven, Archfiend of Infir, curator of mysteries, ruthless sniper, shadow of the grave, faith of the devoted and old standards like astral slide and lightning rift. If you had to use your tutors, finding your Fluctuator or New Perspectives is the best targets since they make cycling free. Good luck!
