Can i make a suggestion, maybe if you put Thraben Doomsayer ( w 3 mana 2/2 )in there you wont have to sack any of your good human creatures for Ravenous Demon. Plus it still keeps the deck standard legal.

I would use Magma Spray instead of Pillar of Flame because Magma Spray is an instant where Pillar of Flame is a sorcery.
