Honestly if your budget for an EDH deck is 20$, you probably should consider a different format. However this deck has some actual potential at the kitchen table. Both variations of Selvala are very powerful, unfortunately the monogreen one is not budget. This deck aims to fill the board with elves and big dudes, ending the game by pumping the team and swinging to victory. We also have some cheeky infinite combos in here, which will be discussed in the "How to Play" section. The budget in this deck hurts the consistency of comboing off and going crazy with elves, since we can't play cards like Priest of Titania and Elvish Archdruid. Please wizards reprint Fyndhorn Elves so I can put it in my 20$ decks, 1$ is too much for a mana dork!
Some notable combos you should keep your eyes peeled out for:Sword of the Paruns + Karametra's Acolyte (4 Devotion) = Infinite Mana/UntapsSword of the Patuns + Wirewood Channeler (4 Elves) = Infinite Mana/UntapsSword of the Paruns + Voyaging Satyr + Elvish Guidance (4 Elves) = Infinite Mana/UntapsSword of the Paruns + Arbor Elf + Elvish Guidance (4 Elves) = Infinite Mana/UntapsTemur Sabertooth + Great Oak Guardian + Mana Dorks (9 mana) = Infinite Mana/Untaps/Pumped TeamTemur Sabertooth + Village Bell-Ringer + Mana Dorks (6 mana) = Infinite Mana/UntapsOne very good card in the deck is Congregation at Dawn. Normally just a fine card, but here we can seriously abuse it with Selvala. For example we can search up cards like Wirewood Symbiote/Scryb Ranger and draw the whole pile in one turn. Or maybe we need some answers to for our opponents, Pump creatures, combo pieces, etc. The card is very versatile. If anything is unclear or you have some other questions, feel free to ask in the comments!
