really like the deck. I've been looking for a way to make eldrazi monument more worth it to put into an elf deck myself, but my way came in too late in the game. If you don't mind, I would very much like to put in the vengevine idea into my elf deck as well. It might not be type 2 though. as for any issues i might see... is the only reasoning for the Viridian Corrupter the artifact destruction? if it is, take it out and replace it with relic crush/naturalize/nature's claim/slice in twain... maybe (playtest it). As for land, you have a monocolored deck, so non-basics are your friend... techtonic edge for defence against valakut decks, contested war zone to make the deck even faster in killing, quicksand for small but pesky infect, mystifying maze for other pesky (flying) creatures giving any problems (you have no defence against flying). regardless, i still feel that this is a very well constructed deck. Please do me a huge favor and check out the decks I've posted so far. I haven't posted many, but I just started my account. thanx. I'll probly check out some more of your decks soon. I like speed like you have here!

turn aside for the 1 mana cost instead of 2, just in case you don't have aceticism out and you need to save your harabaz. also, consider canopy cover. its good against early game creature kill troubles, which is what you'll run into against a black or red deck anyway. I run the same deck, but with green sun zenith, no fireball, canopy cover, and genesis wave. It won a couple tourny's so far. It's the second most fun deck i've played with. I just started my account here on mtg vault, and I'll be putting up my decks soon, but I really think it was an awesome idea for fireball. Outside the box thinking in magic always impresses me. I would love just to get the look on people's faces when they see the fireball. I would love it even more after they took the 1.5 minutes to actually comprehend what had just happened to them in a type 2 tourny :). It's great. definite props to the idea. regardeless of even that, its budget, and its getting tougher to make a successful type 2 tourny deck at budget. If I had the choice, I would take away plainswalkers simply because they are mainly for people who can afford them unless someone just gets really lucky. Again tho, props.
vengevine is a good card in general, but it requires you to cast the two creature spells, so creatures being put onto the battlefield from an effect doesn't count. Vengevine should be replaced. Other than that, I like the deck
nvm. I thought fastbond was much more than $5. Its completely affordable. I think I'm gonna buy them right now. Regardless, I love the deck. I'm gonna proxy it out, play test it amongst my group, and try out some different cards in it to see what could improve it. I'll try to comment back on it another time
oh, I almost forgot about groundskeeper. And, yeah, definitely use fastbond. It gives you the unlimited land play for 1 green mana. It would allow the unlimited damage, unlimited life gain, unlimited mana, unlimited land destruction, and if you included something with a landfall ability of putting in creatures, you'd have have unlimited creatures (baloth gives 4/4 beasts, and emeria gives 1/1 flyers). fastbond is the 1 card missing from here. yeah it's expensive, but a great card in almost any deck.
consider the "sweep" ability for getting lands back into your hand.
