The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

This deck I have been playing around with for a week. I have honed it down, so that nearly everything works to either mill directly or draw, which mills indirectly through "Jace's Erasure." EliXir of Immortality" prevents me from milling myself naturally.

The lack of "hedron crab" is notable, but I don't want to go looking for fetch lands, for a card that won't be standard come september 30th. The sphinXes of lost truths will likely become another 2 belltower, unless another big mill friendly creature comes.

The deck has little to no real protection from most decks, aside from unsummon and mana leak, which are there as much to stall an opponent, as it is to protect my mill creatures. Any and all advice I gladly invite, especially on what I should keep for a sideboard.

I actually have tome scour, and JUST swapped it for the unsummon slot. I think I might side board it, if I am dealing with a less creature centric deck. Traumatize is a fantastic card, but this deck I want to keep mostly M12 and future ready. (also I have none of those LOL)

Thanks for the feedback!

I really think this deck is great.. but for true milling you should go with black...
such cards as
"Glimpse the unthinkable"
"Mind Funeral"
are irreplaceable...

Holy Moly! You are right, those are some nasty deck mill cards. As I indicated in my previous reply, I am trying to keep the deck more m12 heavy so I can use it in standard. However if and when I go to make a mill deck for older formats, I don't think I could go straight blue after seeing those naughty cards. Thanks for the advice!
