The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

I played against this deck last week. It actually works. And what I noticed was how graveyard hate was slightly weak against it. Given the amount of counters. But also you can just play your threats the old fashioned way. Not using the graveyard. Though High value decks like midrange or control do tend to beat it late I find. I'll build my own version at some point. Seems like it could be a great case for a transformational sideboard. Taking out living end as your opponents sides in the hate. Or I may make a traditional sideboard. Not sure how I want to go with it. I feel like it has alot of potential.

As Foretold is predestinated to cast Lotus Bloom and other suspend only spells. Lotus Bloom as mana boost is great but one could also focus on Paradox Haze to increase the counter count for casting high-level spells like in Omniscience decks as second win-con
It certainly has tons of potential for brewers. I have my set for long term.
If you don't think you need to worry about time, you could consider Delay isntead of the mana leaks, or as a side-board against other ramp decks/storm where mana-leaks "or pay 3" becomes easy for them to do.
I have also thought about Disrupting Shoal as a 2 drop
That could work too, I suppose it matters how things work out in actual play.
