i hate ignite memories, especially since many of the people I play hold back lands just in case they need to protect something in hand they dont want discarded or to play retrace. In which case, ignite does 0 dammage for 5 mana if land is revealed. A 5 mana sorcery to replace it would be lava axe, 5 damage to target player, since randomly nailing a 5 converted mana cost card is durned unlikely...

I made this deck and it really owns. My changes are: seed spark out for 2 howling mines, glare ensures only I use them. I also removed one watchwolf and added 1 Claws of Gix to use the power of Yosei more tacticaly. Excellent build and gorgeous cards.

The cards are very nice. As a previous poster mentioned, its too slow and you seem to be hinging the entire success of the mana needed to play on the lanowar elves and mana birds, which are far too vulnerable in this setting. With them gone, you're the one in lock down. one pyromancer or serrated arrows etc, on the other side and you have mana issues.

Also a great feature in standard and extended play today is the EVOKE ability. Some geen evoke creatures are HUGE but leave play after cast. Pandamonium insures they get a pop against the enemy before the grave. PERSIST and Claws of Gix also work real REAL well with pandamonium. Spirit circle shuts down the damage from it for you. It works in MtGO so its legal, and better than story circle for mana use. enjoy.

I have a pandamonium deck which utilizes the Deathrender artifact and Claws of Gix to draw creatures from my hand and feed them to the claws to draw another automatic creature via the Deathrender. Thus at the cost of 1, a person can do as much damage as the power of creatures in their hand, per creature. My critters are elves that enter play boosted by other elves in play, 20 damage in 1 round is easy and a field of elves is often not challenged if the elf owner chooses to not attack. :)

sorry "fiery temper" is in Time Shifted and "blast from the past" from unhinged and not legal in extended. but you get the idea :)

continuing:
I would play shock, R for 2 ( +2 with vault for 4 ) then discard "temper" and "Blast" for 3+2 and 2+2...thats 13 damage for 3 mana, probably on round 4. Eye popping.

I would also sac the 4 manamorphose for 2 howling mines and 2 everlasting torment, to address the massive healing of some pure white decks around round 4-5 and the "wither" feature of torment elimintes the "persist" power of critters when you cook them. Make your kitchen too hot for the finks!

why no "madness"? Seems to me if you're going to play the pyromancers vault you should be playing with madness. Here's a great one to add: "Fiery Temper" from Lorwyn set, its normaly 1RR to cast for 3 dammage....but madnesss cost is just R!! Sounds a lot like Lightning Bolt, and to get to remain in standard play.
How about "Blast from the Past" , its 2R for 2 damage BUT its madness R, with cycling, buyback and flashback, AND if you pay the kicker you also get a 1/1 goblin for fodder. :)
