This deck is currently under construction. I am actually waiting on this website to update their card database, so I can add this deck.

Not a bad deck. I think that it would be interesting to see how this deck fairs in a tournament. I am also building a treefolk deck, but I took a slightly different approach.
This deck would be even more fun if it was actually legal to play. A magic deck must contain a minimum of 60 cards. But if this deck is focused around Deadwood Treefolks ability perhaps you should add in some cards that let you remove time counters from a permanent.
Overall you have a pretty nice deck. I am also in the process of building a Treefolk deck similar to this one. I am going to make some quick suggestions that are completely up to you. Consider removing Guardian of Cloverdell, Bog-Strider Ash, and your changelings, as they will probably not be very useful. You could replace these cards for more beneficial cards such as: Unstoppable Ash, Bosk Banneret, Orchard Warden, and Indomitable Ancients.
I agree with jayzkie. This deck is split into kill spells, saprolings, and treefolks. You should probably reconstruct this deck to focus on a specific strategy. Treefolk cards have a lot of potential when used in combination with each other.
Because this deck is decent on drawing cards, I typically do not have a problem getting out Niv-Mizzet and Ophidian Eye. The problem occurs when I am facing a counter deck, in which case I will most likely lose. But this deck fairs well against all other decks.
