Silent Arbiter would fit nice here.Chromatic Lantern costs the same to cast as Obelisk of Bant, it provides the same mana, and it makes every land you have including Cathedral of War, an uncracked Panorama and Unstable Frontier provide any color of mana you want. I'd run a whole lot of stuff over Mana Cylix, too, namely Sol Ring.
