Roon is a great new general for all those Azorius or Bant flicker/blink decks. I decided not to design him overly aggressive or defensive but as a healthy mix. You ramp, you remove, you draw, ideally you can save one or more creatures every time someone decides to sweep the board. If you decide to attack someone, you can blink their blockers out of the way .If someone attacks you, you blink them out of combat. If neither happens, you can blink your goodstuff to get multiple uses out of their etb triggers or to remove -1/-1 counters from Glen Elendra Archmage or to adjust your clones to more tempting targets or to get back what was once yours but got stolen...
The deck is pretty straight forward. Most effects (removal/draw/tutor/ramp) are on bodies that you can either blink or copy to get the same effects multiple times. Try to safe your blink abilities until the end of the last opponents' end step though to be able to blink attackers, safe your own creatures from sweepers or react to new threats directly. As long as you're not threatened to lose the game you can focus on ramping and drawing cards, remove what you have to but bear in mind that the presence of a Acidic Slime/Fiend Hunter or Duplicant on the field will already prevent your opponents from playing their threats in anticipation of the next blink - so do not solely rely on such removal as it is visible and therefore will most likely not work or won't be enough when your opponents finally decide to play their threats. Eventually you'll be able to sweep the board with a Sunblast Angel or Kederekt Leviathan or similar effects and go to town..
