Deck Description

****Abandoned****

Restarting in MTG, trying to make a fun deck based on cheap and/or traded mill cards. I started by basing it on the Halimar Excavator, but decided Hedron Crab was easier. If I can figure out the Jace's Erasure and the available card draw, it can be more.

Deck discussion for Copy Mill

I like this deck.....I have a U/B Mill deck. I've been thinking myself of making it just Blue.........Keening Stone would be a good add and maybe Vedalken Infuser to get Charge counters on your Grindlock, possible Treasure Mage to go get Keening Stone....Just a couple of thoughts

Thanks for the Infuser suggestion. I'm finding that I need to focus less on creatures and more on the other mill. I need to figure out the mana ramp, keening stone requires 11 mana to go off...

I'm looking at your decks, and your suggestion. I'm not sure how the painter's servant (all cards are now chosen color) does much for grindclock. If I were to guess, I'd think Vedalken Infuser helps.

I found in Standard Format my deck is left wanting if there are no crabs to copy or drop fetch-lands. The other unfortunate thing is that I went visiting with it, and a player brought mill to the earlier game, so everyone had sideboard eldrazi.

Thanks for the input, I'll work it a little and update.
