Cool cool there is always a reason for something to be in a deck. And good god man you must have quite a collection, I like it :)

The only thing I see that you do not need is chromatic lantern, you have a good variety of mana gen and dont need the any type of mana ability for your lands so i would switch that out for a sol ring or something. The only other thing is this costs ALOT of money :P

I like the Idea I really do. In my opinion though Marath is not a good edh commander compared to others. So i see this as a having fun type of deck or winning a 1v1 edh match but if you were to play with 4 players I just dont think it would work out for the fact he needs ALOT of mana after a while he gets to 13 mana very quickly if you use his ability everytime you have him. So my main question is, Is Marath or the other cards in the deck the main point of damage for you? Damage as in the point of origin of the damage.

How does protection from black work then? because im a little confused. I thought protection from black was "can not be targeted by black spells or blocked by black creatures etc." If so Cemetery gate would not work because pestilence is not targeting anything since it is saying each. Unless you only do four damage per turn or something less than 5.

I have never seen that card before :P probably because it is kinda old but yeah I do like how they compliment each other kinda. Thanks for telling me of that card :)

Good day, Oloro is one of my favorite commanders next to Thresh. and I have actually made a deck of my own with Oloro. I honestly dont think oona is needed in commander since you can only choose one color while there are usually three colors in an EDH deck, so I would maybe switch that out for Rhox, Faithmender. The second thing I would say is, what about sanguine bond? it goes well with any life gain.

I'm Sorry but technically if your commander has no colors in it's cost your deck can not have any colors in it either :(

Thank you for the advice i put tezzeret in there, as well as Glissa due to your good reasoning. I also decided to put diabolic tutor for that extra search if need be.

I just have one question: If you had this deck, do you plan on playing Child of Alara?

Whenever I hear life gain i always think of Wall of Reverence and Serra Avatar combo. I then read how you said try not to be boring and i guess if both those creatures get out it could get kinda boring when you keep doubling your health every turn.

I personally would take out avenger of zendikarunless you have a lot of mana ramp, I would also look at wirewood lodge for another good land to untap mayael if you want.

Thanks for all the input it is very much appreciated, I took out arctic flats, sublime angel, and switched primal vigor with parallel lives.
I understand having a good board wipe which I will look for but was wondering if I had a large enough army why kill them all and if I have six mana my army is going to grow quickly enough to not want to board wipe. That was my first thoughts when building this.
I will also find a little more mana ramp as well because it is a good idea :) I was thinking elvish archdruid would take care of most of that.
