I've updated this deck along with your suggestions for the other one. I don't want Warsturm, because it's too costly. I made it 3 Archwings and 3 Thunderbreaks, along with maxing my Tempests out. Will delete the Variant deck soon.

Added Draconic Roar to sideboard, but I don't think I'll need Sarkhan's Triumph. The deck isn't looking for a specific dragon anyway.
Alright, made the changes. Replaced Into the Core for Smelts and Shattering Spree for By Force.
How about Noxious Ghoul? Or Call to the Grave? Gray Merchant of Asphodel? You could also replace Gravedigger with Ghoulraiser, then have cards like Cemetery Reaper or Organ Grinder to "segregate" your graveyard, ensuring that Ghoulraiser gives you the card you need. You could also have sacrifice cards like Altar's Reap or Bone Splinters, for your Festering Goblin or Geralf's Messenger, plus your creatures come back from the grave anyway. On a side note, you probably want to ditch Macabre Waltz and Grim Harvest, because you deck seems to have enough return-from-the-graveyard effects. Oh, and replace Festering Goblin with Festering Mummy. Just some suggestions, no need to follow them. :)
So I looked into Braid of Fire, and I really liked the card, but I have a few questions/concerns about it. First of all, does the effect stack if you have 2+ of it on the field (having 2 gives you 2 mana, then 4, etc)? Secondly, I really do like the card, but I don't know what to replace in the deck for it. Maybe Pillar of Flames? I forgot to mention, I changed the deck to this: http://www.mtgvault.com/reigncloud/decks/dragon-tribal-variant/Made a new list for it because I wanted to see how it looks first.
I agree with DedWards on all of them, but I have a reason for not adding smelt. I figured I should have Shattering Spree instead, because it can take out more than just one card (for times when I have 2+ Liquimetals), even if it's only a Sorcery. Or is it really that important to have an Instant artifact-destroyer? (If it really is that important, what then do I replace for Smelt? Into the Core?)
To start with, the comment above you has, in fact, already suggested Utvara. About Quicksilver Amulet, it's a good card, but seems better used in a deck that has more expensive creatures, considering my main cards in this deck at the moment are 4-5 drops. As for Broodmother, it is also a good card, synergising with Scourge and Tempest, as you mentioned, but I plan to keep this as a Mono Red. I still appreciate the suggestions, though. Thanks anyway! :)
I've taken in your suggestions (along with the suggestions of the other comments), but I wanted to have a look at it first before I modify this one, and if you wouldn't mind, could you take a look at it as well: http://www.mtgvault.com/reigncloud/decks/dragon-tribal-variant/Also, I decided to run only 2 Nykthos, because I realized it wasn't TOO important, apart from being legendary. In the link above, I replaced my Wild Guesses for Browbeats, but I feel that Infiltration Lens would do better. It applies pressure on the opponent if, say, it was on a firebreather or a Balefire or any beefy dragon, then that would hit hard if they take it. On the other hand, blocking it would give me the card advantage. Another thing with Browbeat is that, well my friend runs it, and sometimes I would easily take the damage and prevent his advantage, so it's a card that is not to be used in desperate situations. Anyways, if you take a look at the link up there, you'd see that I removed the 6-7 to cast cards, so now my only lategame card is the (rather highly suggested) Utvara Hellkite. For making the deck faster, I also threw in 4 Dragonlord's Servant, and I'm thinking of adding that 4 CMC card that gives you 7 red mana (forgot the name), or maybe the Rituals. Thanks for mentioning the Dragonspeaker too, by the way. I didn't realize that it was out of Modern.
I knew about the reason for G/R and all, which is exactly why I wanted to make my own U/R version. I also know how frustrating it is to get your lands exiled with a Splinter, but as I said, I wanted to make mine a little "original". About Landshaper, I originally intended it for the main deck, but I figured it was too slow, apart from the fact that its 3 mana for a 1/1 that can't even do its ability 'til the next turn. Great suggestion for the Glint-Nest Crane, though. I haven't kept myself updated with the Kaladesh set yet, so it's a great help for me that you mentioned it. Now I guess I just have to decide how many Augury Owls I should replace for it.
Regarding Skyship Stalker, I used to have it in here, but I replaced it with another Thunderbreak Regent. Utvara has a great ability, but it costs a little too much, and my deck already has a lot of 6-7 drops. I might still add it if I throw in Dragonspeaker and Dragonlord's Servant. About Pardic Dragon... it really isn't worth replacing a card just to have it. I appreciate the suggestions, though, so thanks!
Alright, I added a Nykthos, another Regent, and 2 Magma Jets. About your suggestion of Hatchlings and Slumberings, I really do not want to add any more of those. I based this deck a little off of this: http://www.mtgvault.com/demonking28/decks/deadreckoning/but the Slumbering felt slow, while the Hatchlings seemed plain bad. Regarding Crucible of Fire, I in fact have 4 of them all in all, but I was told that it was a kind of "win more" card, and that I probably shouldn't even be using it in the first place. I agree with removing the 6-7 drop dragons though, but I still want to keep a couple of them for a bit of late game power. In the past, I've only ever used the bigger dragons for Wild Guess fodder, or if I get one in the late game, then I get to summon a Balefire that's usually blocked by a Fog Bank or something. (On a side note, do you think it would be better to change the playstyle a little and add in Dragonlord's Servant/Dragonspeaker Shaman or Door of Destinies, as Ancalagon's comment below suggested?) Anyways, I greatly appreciate your help man, and I'll be sure to add 2 more Magma Jets and some Flings if I find any.
Added my Lightning Bolts, thanks for suggesting. About the Dragonlord's servant and Dragonspeaker Shaman, I originally did not intend to add them due to their not being a dragon (won't benefit with Crucible of Fire, Scourge of Valkas/Dragon Tempest burn), but I guess I could use a couple of them in the deck. Thanks for the help. Will add them in the list once I've bought the cards.
Well, from the games I've had with this card, I would normally win games by Archwing Dragon + Scourge of Valkas/Dragon Tempest "combo", with the other dragons being there as a just-in-case. I've been pretty content with this deck so far, but I posted it asking for help because I wanted to see if there was some way to make it a little competitive. And concerning Dragonstorm, I would rather not use that card. A mate of mine uses the Dragonstorm +Bogardan Hellkite combo, and I would feel unoriginal if I made practically the same deck as his.
