Why no Bone Splinters? Even without Bloodghast, it still has excellent synergy with Mutiny and Treason. Also, I don't think Earthquake is the right card for a deck where the linchpin is a 1/1 without flying. In addition, I would reduce the number of Immortal Coils (to 2), and run Bojuka Bog (x2) if you're going to play Coils.

I agree with your inclusion of Blightning. With Bone Splinters, you may not need to run Tutor, either.

+1 for silliness, but you need to cut it down to 60 cards. I think you can do without the birds now because of everflowing chalice. Selective memory is a great idea too.

This is an interesting idea. I suggest brave the elements to protect your angel and ruin ghost.

The best way to make sure you get Ula's temple fast is to have lots of deck manipulation (sage owl, ponder, halimar depths, maybe even new Jace if you can afford it) and just mulligan once or twice until you have it. Also, you need to have as few spells as possible (only ponder and Ula's, ideally) to always put counters on Ula's, and have all of your non-leviathan creatures do something useful (wall of frost and wall of denial are great, try fleshbag and parasitic strix for creature destruction). Cascade, while great, has no real place in this deck, and silence just isn't a good card. You COULD try kathari remnant if you're hellbent on it, but I wouldn't recommend it.
