The first ideia is use the waal of blood with the rite of consumption in the hand, you pay 19 life and sacrifice, the opponent lose 19 life and you gain 19...after use taste of blood :)
The ohter creatures it's only you gain life and protect your game... The enchantment help you a the opponent lose life...for exemple you use the blood tribute and sanguine bond.

At least the 4 Culling the Weak.

However, I would also eliminate the following in addition. 4 Ornithropter (or memnite, but Memnite is better here IMHO), 4 Blood Tribute, 4 Night Whispers and 4 Essence Harvest. Then add Sign in Blood (3 copies) to round out to 60 cards.

60 card decks generally function much better, more chances of pulling off your combo, and less chance of not having the mana you so desperatly need with so many high CMC cards.

Sign in blood is way better than Night Whispers. You can set off your combo with it and the double black cost is no problem for mono black!

Grab Demonic Tutor and Vampiric Tutor if you an find them. They play out faster than the Diabolic Tutor (but are much more expensive cards as a result).

essence harvest as well as rite of consumption. def tutors or draw cards... nights whisper, diabolic or demonic tutor take out vampire nocturnus, he deserves his own deck.

Now that i think about it, youd might be better off making this a vampire based deck for the creatures. i like guul draz vampire and pulse tracker for 1 drops, but death cultist is solid to use for combos. if you choose that path, put vampire nocturnus back in and take out the artifacts. theres also a 1 for a 1/1 with unleash, its a red black hybrid that would be useful.

i have a deck based on the combo of wall of blood and essense harvest/rite of conusmtion against any aggro decks that have 1 and 2 turn creature drops it because very difficult to use the combo. i can see the same problem with this deck, ive been trying to think of a way around this. heres an idea though, mortician beetle and focus on sacrificing to make it bigger and get combos going.

If I have the exquisite blood and Sanguine Bond in the battlefield, and I take one point life a the opponent, he lose the total life?
because he lose life, and I gain that life...when I gain life he lose life......It's possible?lol
