I've never even thought of Rogue tribal in EDH, so right off the bat this seems interesting. What immediately strikes me as odd is the land count: 31 is extremely low, even with your draw. I'd aim for at least 37 lands, even 38 - you're not going to be casting your CMC 6+ cards in a timely manner with your current land count. That, and I'd add a few more rogues into the mix, to make sure your Prowls go off (Adaptive Automaton and various UBR changeling cards make immediate sense).

Mm. 37 lands seems a bit above what I'd aim for, but I do need more. Maybe something around 35 or 36? Also, what other rogues would you suggest? Should I just go for more of the unblockables?
36 should be fine, although I still suggest a minimum of 37 for pretty much all except the quirkiest of decks. If you dislike drawing Islands and Swamps, get you hands on some more utility lands: a Lonely Sandbar is a much better mise than just another basic land. Faerie Macabre, Cairn Wanderer, Lazav, Dimir Mastermind and Inkfathom Infiltrator are all good picks, as are all "enters the battlefield as copy" type characters: they can copy your opponent's high-value creatures when you own game isn't going well.
