why not drop the mirror entity for a soul warden?

why no door of destinies, or better yet, coat of arms. I use the latter in my deck and they destroy. Also, I beg to differ on the use of armorsmith. It keeps weenie decks in check especially elf decks.
Anyone wanting to copy this, please know this was my original deck I used. It was created when Ice age was released. If you are using modern cards, you can modify it to remove the fissure and add other spells such as barbed lighting, shock, etc. Fissure is the weakest card, but I'd keep one or two just in case a pesky creature that has */* comes in
Thanks for the advice, but those cards are there for different reasons than pure damage. Rhystic Lightning is there to help tap out opponents, especially blues that can counter the canes (or mines, or millstones). With enough canes and mines, you don't need to worry about lacking for instant damage. The Fissure is there solely as a backup plan. It's a 'just in case' for creatures. Things that have massive hp because of enchantments or count things like number of (insert creature type). They also kinda help annoy blues with counters and mult-color decks when you destroy islands or rarer lands. You COULD use something like terminate, but it's a waste to add black for two cards.
Deck is pretty obvious in design. Millstones added just in case you're fighting a good speed creature deck that forces you to use your instants on them instead of the player. Just be careful that the feldon's canes aren't countered or other wise removed. That's a big crippling blow. If you know your opponent has counters, try to dump your spells and force them to tap out before dropping the canes.
Why not add some howling mines since you empty your deck REAL fast. with affiny.
