Proliferate would help with core prowler, I have a proliferate deck, but too many cards that cost too much. I want to use some cards in this deck, is that cool?

So you can't make decks that you don't own cards, or can?? or both?
The price for all these cards in my area are about $9 total. I would say that is cheap.
