Deck Description

Tired of blinking Thragtusk and Pelakka Wurm? Fear not!

Electropotence and Pandemonium are here to inflict ridiculous amounts of damage to the opponent.
Try blinking a flickerwisp, which blinks a sun titan, which reanimates a ball lightning.
Let me know what you think and how could I improve it - especially mana problems.

Deck discussion for P2 - Blinking Chain

No bad I like how you are blinking in your creature to deal damage. Thats pretty cool cause I have Electropotence but never thought to use it this way.
Can you take a look at my deck. I'm trying to make it better into a Modern deck.

Why not Cloudshift instead of Flicker?
Purphoros might be cool here.
Seems like it relies on a lot of high mana-cost cards...especially Sun Titan seems like it's critical to many of the combo's. Does it play rough in the early turns?

Great point with Cloudshift, thank you.
And yes, early turns are a nightmare. Not to mention, there's a great danger of not drawing your 6th land at all... But I've not figured a way to smoothen this high mana cost yet.

Thanks for checking out my deck! :)

Some mana ramp artifacts might help, but, you're gonna have to sacrifice slots to 'em. Infernal plunge, maybe?

Other than Battle Hymn...i do not know of anything else that may help here.

Burnished Hart?
3 cost as well, so you can continually sac it with sun titan.
Opaline Unicorn taps for one of any color and is also 3 cost.

Good call, I could try and add some artifact ramp - I like Sol Ring and Wayfarer's Bauble better tho.
What do you think I could remove for, say, 4 total?

Hrm, I've never tried playing red white before, but in my opinion;
-2 Kamahl
-3 Momentary Blink
The reason for this is you already have the sun titan for three creatures that cost six, then you're whole goal is to flicker him to constantly bring back things like Ball Lighting in conjunction with Electropotence. This sounds hypocritical when I'm suggesting to remove Momentary Blink, but you don't have any blue mana for the flashback, making it a more expensive Cloudshift.

+4 Burnished Hart
+1 Cloudshift
One cool thing about Burnished Hart is that it doesn't tap to sac it, meaning you can chump block something and then sac it as a response to it dying.

Sideboard Opaline Unicorn.
As I said, I've never tried Red/White, so this is just my opinion based upon my style of play.

Heavily edited. I got a little carried away xD but your suggestions made quite a lot of sense to me, so I adapted the whole deck to make it more "Titan based".
Thank you very much sir :)

You're welcome.:D Glad to be of service.

It's always hard to say no to that really cool creature you want in your deck.
