make is a little faster if u can. get rid of erebos and heliod since they don't fit in with your theme and replace with more critters.

what do you mean by condemn commanders? Please explain.
condemn is an instant that makes a creature go to the bottom of there library
something else to remember is that if a commander has died several times and therefore has several death counters on it and then gets sent to the library it would cast for normal and all death counters would be eliminated. Only if it goes to command center would it gain and keep death counters. Well done on your research.
FYI: I run with 34 and 32 creatures in my 2 EDH decks. In my opinion you are running a bit light. recheck all those instants and sorceries you have in this deck and ask yourself do you really need this instant or did you get sucked into the "this looks cool" syndrome. Remember that your deck needs to be efficient and by that I mean that it needs to be able to deal with all threats equally if possible. With only 26 critters + commander you can expect to see 1 creature per 4 cards drawn. you would like to be around 1.5 per 4 or even better 1 per 3. That's why I run with 1/3 of my deck with creatures so that I can be at that nice yummy 1:3 ratio. Hope this helps.
If I were you I would dump all those useless artifacts and replace them with more critters. You have plenty of land since you are at that 1:3 ratio you can expect to see 2 lands in your opening hand. So, more mana is nice but unnecessary. Another way to look at it is this; if the game was on the line do you want to draw one of the artifacts? no, you would want an instant or creature. Give that some thought as you sweep through your deck again.
You lack board sweeps. I would remove the 3 or 4 land destructions ( too few to be effective) and replace them with some nice board sweeps like nevinral disk and the great spell damnation ( awesome art). now you have a way to set things proper if you get off to a slow start.
consider these spells: path to exile, sin collector, spear of heliod, renounce the guilds, avenging arrow, blood baron of vizkopa (really nice game breaker even if not one of your 3 types).
