Seems pretty brutal, the only problem I see is that Demonic Tutor is a restricted card. So you might replace it with another tutor or Dark Tutelage.

I love the combo of the Emperion and Lich. In theory, the Emperion will keep you from having to sacrifice permanents. Very nice deck man.
