Not sure if your going for a Type 2 Standard deck but if you are, Battle Grace, Predict, Rune Snag, and Ponder, are not legal. 2 of these cards can be easily replaced, Battle Grace for Baneslayer Angel, and Ponder for Preordain. Predict can be replaced with Treasure Hunt; they are very similar. And Summoner's Bane can be with negate; although they are not the same, negate is almost an auto include in UW control. These replacements will make the deck legal, but it doesn't make it great. Adding Day of Judgment, Condemn, Frost Titan, Wurmcoil Engine, maybe Sun Titan if you have enough permanents under 4 mana, and Planeswalkers( in particular Jace, The Mind Sculptor) will help out emensely. Calcite Snapper would definitly be the first card I would take out after replacing the illegal cards. Your deck has a strong base, but adding these cards will really make it a force to be reckon with.
Believe me, I know some of these cards are very expensive, but if you are looking to compete, save some money and research some similar decks.
Good Luck

These are the decks I love to see. Its so original yet looks to be effective at the same time. The plainswalkers fit the deck perfectly; each one has a key role. This is one of the only decks I've seen where Venser's second ability is actually viable. I honestly do not know of any improvements; i haven't played with alot of these cards. Maybe one suggestion is to add Oren-Rief to pump up your wolves and druid clones.
Seems totally awesome and fun to play, keep up the good and creative deck building.

You need more card draw. I would max out preordain and add 3-4 treasure hunt, along with 3-4 halimar depths, and maybe spreading seas in main. Also, take out deprive or cancel for negate. Ajani and has no business being in this deck; I would definitly replace him with either wurmcoil engine or elspeth tirel. I would also think about adding linvala to the sideboard. I love blue white and this deck is not far from being really good. Good luck

I honestly think that adding blue is your best bet. With that you could add mana leaks and some card draw, which I think that this deck needs. I don't think that Goblin ruinblaster will do this deck that much good, especially when you can just add in some tectonic edge. I know they are expensive but adding Jace would help alot; you could even use jace beleren for steady card draw.

I have played with this deck before and it seems that having all that ramping, especially in the form of creatures isn't that effective. I would just stick with the birds and add one more wurmcoil engine, so when you hit 7 mana and throw down the destructive force, you have even better card advantage. For sideboard, I would consider mind control for those creatures that make it through, and maybe mitotic slime for aggressive decks. I do think naturalize and ratchet bomb are good. Good Luck

I would think about taking the daggerbacks out and sticking in some deadly recluse for protection from flyers. Would also take some of the forests out for fetch lands like misty rainforest and verdant catacombs to help thin the deck out. And think about replacing the rampant growth with explore. I like the idea though. This is just a thought but i would splash in white to play ranger of eos to grab multiple scute mobs. Just a thought though.
