Deck Description

I wanted to make Cipher into a fun semi-functional deck. This is what I came up with.

How to Play

Okay, this deck is a very basic engine built off of Cipher cards on Invisible Stalker with a control shell. Strings is for ramp, Binding is for added field control, and Stolen Identity is for creating a small army of artifacts/creatures to end the game.

Circu's main role is that every turn you swing with Invisible Stalker for one, each of his Ciphers becomes a Circu activation, which helps limit the opponent's options. Everything else is to just keep the combination moving forward.

Without Circu there are a few other engines you can run until he hits the field, Agent of the Fates turns every Hidden Strings into an Edict. You can cast in the precombat Main, swing, and postcombat use the mana to Morsel Theft/up enough to Counter. But this deck is strictly casual, although now it's legal for Modern since I removed the Angels
