Deck Description

New Idea for a fast and hard hitting deck. Opening draws have to be good for it to hit its stride well but that apart, it seems like it might work. Open with reckless waif and mental misstep followed by a delver and you should be set... Suggestions welcome.

Deck discussion for R/B Budget Aggro

Why panic spell bomb. Why grand architect? And why mental mistep? If you please.

Well, Panic spellbomb for cheap unblockability and draw. Mental Misstep for the turn 1 reckless waif transformation and/or countering spot removal like wring fleshes, unsummons, etc.. Grand architect for the +1/+1 bonus when needed. The architects and spellbombs are probably overdoing it but its one way to go.. I might swap out the architects for moltensteel dragons.

If you mental misstep their turn 1 spell, and you have a waif in play it will not allow it transform on your upkeep. A spell that is countered is still considered to have been "played" it just didn't resolve.
Your deck is looking pretty good so far, my suggestion:
-2 grand architect
-4 panic spellbomb
+2 invisible stalker/stormblood berserker
+2 runechanters pikes
+2 mana leak/negate

I'm working on a u/r delver/waif deck too check it out:
