Deck Description

This is a build of the archetype that has been doing very well for me lately.

The idea is to get a lot of tokens on the board and then lay down the beastmaster and prime it in one turn (swinging with seven creatures).

So it normally goes early ramp into awakening zone or a token producing creature. Looking nonthreatening with some birds a creature or two and a bunch of tokens , and then you lay down the ascension / overrun attack with everything and win. Monument will also let you win just more slowly, and awakening zones let you keep it on the board forever.

Its very easy to swing for 40-90

Weak vs board sweepers so get the monuments out there early if you're playing vs white. (get it out turn three if possible)

You really need brood birthing it is the best card in my deck that is styled very similar to your own. Also you may want to remove some kozilek's predator they are not as good as nest invader or emrakul's hatcher. Finally, you may want to reconsider overrun as you will be hard pressed to play both overrun and beastmaster on the same turn. Check out my deck to see what I play, it works pretty well. - Eldrazi Ascension
