Tried to make the deck somewhat budget except for the Sowers. To win you pretty much just control the game by countering and bouncing their stuff. Then you win by getting out Guile or countering a big spell with Draining Whelk. Then again you can always beat them down with their own creature with Sower of Temptation. The delays should be negate but Morningtide isn\'t up yet. This deck is standard legal.
