I wanted to have many angles to play this deck, so there's synergy with both lifegain (Archangel of Thune makes my creatures huge - this is a little thin, but it's hard for lifegain to be bad) and enchantments (Ethereal Armor and Sphere of Safety). The control elements are mainly based on counterspells and silence. In addition, I have Stormtide Leviathan that makes flying essential, and Archetype of Imagination that deprives my adversaries of this trait. It's not the best of decks, but it is made up of the cards I had at hand, in the span of an evening, and looks fine :)
