I think the ratio of Infect Creatures to Non-Infect Creatures is too low. You have 3 infecters and 5 other creatures.

You can also run Acquire with Master Thief to take a choice artifact from the opponent.

Run Blight Mamba instead of Glistner Elf so you can regenerate to keep protecting Garruk.

If you can get him, use Sorin Markov and put in more Guul Draz Vampires. Sorin can make the opponent's life total 10, which powers up the Guul Draz Vampires. Your deck seems good though :)

This doesn't work because Safe Haven will exile Kokusho, but Kokusho's ability is only activated when it goes to the graveyard, not when it is removed from the game.
