Fun deck idea! So, with the goad ability...if you are playing in a 1-1 game, does that mean their creatures can't attack at all??

In a 1v1 game, they would still be able to attack you. The ability states that goaded creatures should attack any player other than you IF ABLE.
gotcha, that's fair. Still a fun idea, at least with multiplayer
