The whole point of this deck is to try and make Chronosavant useful. This deck is designed essentially as an infinite turn mill deck. You skip infinite turns, where your opponent(s) can't attack you until they draw their whole deck and loose the game. This has its obvious flaws but it's the best use of Chronosavant I can think of.
The goal is to play and sacrifice Chronosavant infinite times on your turn using its graveyard ability to return it to the field on the turn that Chronomantic Escape comes out of suspend. This will then have your opponent(s) go through their entire deck while you don't take any turns so they can't attack you. You'll need Pitiless Plunderer and Phyrexian Alter on the battle field and Chronosavant either in play or in your graveyard. Lethal vapors is there to stall for time to setup against creature based decks and Leyline of Sanctity is there to prevent direct damage. The pacts act as ways to protect you while they are playing out the rest of their turns.

I like hating this! Interesting idea, and a cool build.
