Ahh. Now I get it. With a pinch of luck to get out mentor, this strategy is surprisingly do-able. My decks mostly come from my own crazy ideas and usually turn out playable... Except this one: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=338211

pick a mix the cards that seem to be working well and cards that work okay and are really cheap. Or the cards that are both. After analyzing your deck you seem to have a very general theme of softening your opponent up, (Bouncing creatures, countering, tapping) Then using flying creatures to finish the job. Basically it makes an opening for you to do damage. Its YOUR deck and YOUR the one actually testing it, so you get the final call, but I can think of some cards that may help. Artful dodge, mana leak, and turn to frog. Does it feel like it has enough defense? perhaps try fog bank or one of the gomazoas.

Hi! I'm back. sorry I forgot about your deck, Iv'e been brainstorming my own. (which you could check out by the way. I need help with my snow deck.) Anywho, the cards you add/ditch depend on what you want the deck to do; Which is up to you. However, even great plainswalkers can be all-but useless if they dont match the decks goal. Jace however is somewhat splashable as he is almost solely a deck thinner. *sigh* your deck is so vague its hard to tell you what might help.

Its cool. Blue honestly likes pestering people. bouncing monsters, increasing costs, countering, ect. Its often mixed with other colors to give it more offense. You could try to stall until jace can nuke their deck, but that is assuming you draw him quickly, I don't think building a deck ALL AROUND him is feasible with 1 copy, but he's still right at home in a blue deck. I think that your deck is simply to random and spread out to be effective. Drop some dead weight; Cards that aren't consistent. What color(s) do you normally play? Perhaps you could make a hybrid deck.

I'm pretty new at this but I will try to help. First, if islands are clumping, use 2-3 less islands and/or shuffle thoroughly. second, why do you have a blighted agent in there? third, mostly curiosity, have you ever (and do you think you will ever) play lorthos? you have some impressive control cards but we need to know exactly what you want from this deck so we can make it work.
