Replace whir of invention with 2 more copies of Iscocron scepter. why pay 5 for it when you can just pay 2?

No reason not to play with only forests to avoid the modern merfok with island walk. only a niche case but it doesn't take anything away from your deck. you may also want to look in to smoothing out your mana curve to or including some ramp to get to your big spells sooner.

The deck is being built for multiplayer but will see pretty heavy use in 1vs1 as well. I have not built the deck as I am still making minor changes but I will update after play testing.

I would also suggest guttersnipe as a 2x. Why not tack on a shock to every draw spell and mana gen spell?

Uncanny Speed, to help out all them creatures
Curiosity, to help reliquary tower and drawing
mana leak, because man I love that card
Izzet Boilerworks, for some mana fixing
