Pretty straight tribal Vampires with a Grave Pact theme.Argentum Armor, Lux Cannon and Amber Prison serve as a means of dealing with Artifacts, Enchantments and other weird sideways permanent types that R/B would otherwise not be able to deal with (Argentum Armor is also another sweet trigger other than Grave Pact and +1/+1 counter abilities to copy with Strionic Resonator). Where Olivia fits here is simply where she is needed; super versatile creature. Can move mountains if left unchecked for a single untap.

Never have I seen a more dirty standard turn 1 win tournament quality deck.

Well you are in black, I suggest you add in some tutors, kick the walkers, and remove some of the lackluster vamps and spells (aka Vampiric Fury, Curse of Stalked Prey, Elemental Mastery for example). Board wipes will be your friend if you ever fall behind everyone else. You could add in some better recurring creatures (Nether Traitor) and some recursion (Beacon of Unrest, Dread Return, Sheoldred, and even zombie Mikeaus could be useful).
Thanks RolledAOne, solid tips. No board wipes was a definite oversight for EDH, cut Chandra and Curse of Stalked for a couple of fun and/or profitable wipes. Nether Traitor is a straight upgrade on Reassembling Skeleton too and I have no problem adding that kind of power. Sheoldred, zombie Mikeaus and other various super-stars of the format on the other hand (note no Sol Ring, Top, Door of Destinies and such tribal powerhouses) push EDH decks into a realm of power that can strike fear in the hearts of all your buddies at once. I want to game the whole table diplo-style for a while with "fair" Grave Pact effects and a seemingly innocuous tribal-oriented game-plan. Humble cards like Elemental Mastery (with, say, Dictate of Erebos and Bloodflow Connoisseur on board as one example) and Vampiric Fury are effects that can explode out of nowhere for huge value.Edit: Different styles of deckbuilding, no one is wrong, thanks again for the input.
I totally understand. Some people don't get that their group is different from another group. I was just basing my suggestions off of what I have learned from multiple gaming groups. I also like to play with a fair deck for each group so some cards I just don't add in like MLD, heavy control, infinite combos, ect. Also I didn't look at having Grave Pact/Dictate out with Elemental Mastery. Totally over looked the fact that they sac at the end of the turn.I have different decks for different types of play groups from more beginner to hardcore.
My personal must have card in any black edh I have is "hatred" just for its silly ability to suddenly end a match.
Now that's a fun card, thank you kind sir! I love the way you can vary the power output depending on the group and state of play. Less simple than it looks, thanks bud.
just noticed something else, try replacing Vampiric Fury for Rush of Blood just seems more useful and still keeps the Tribal thing going.I Personally have a tribal Olivia deck and it Crushes people >=] and one other vampire you should switch in for one of your less awsome vampires is Dark Imposter <--- super beastly.
Nice EDH, I will apply sabba56 substitutions and other tips. You mind if i copy this deck i barely use red/black deck. This should be something fun to try away from white and green.
Go for it buddy, can confirm that there is a lot of fun to be had here.
