There is easier combos but here is maybe the hardest> Infinite +1life combo with 6 cards and what can be turned into a auto win combo by damage. The cards needed are Ajani´s Welcome, Azorius Chancery, Eternal Witness, Captain of the Mists, Momentary Blink and Overgrowth.Its basically Ajani's Welcome +1 life infinite times. First Azorius Chancery is enchanted by Overgrowth; tapped for white, blue and two green mana then untapped by Captain of the Mists, Captain of the Mists is untapped by Eternal Witness what is looped by Momentary Blink, after that Momentary Blink is returned from graveyard by Eternal Witness, enchanted Azorius Chancery is untapped by Captain of the Mists. :) Ajani's Welcome can be changed to something else and if you add Sanguine Bond its victory with damage infliction. Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood + anything that gives life or does damage = infinite damage. Quillspike + Devoted Druid + Hapatra, Vizier of Poison = infinite tokens and infinite green mana.Pili-Pala + Grand Architect = infinite mana of any colour.There is other stuff too to be discovered, like this Freed from the Real + Voyaging Satyr + Overgrowth + Island = infinite green mana at least.
