What tough creatures and equipment and sweep would you suggest?
Creature kill in quite prevalent and can be a problem.

Doran would've been perfect if only he weren't a 3-splash :(
Investing in dual lands for 3-colors would probably cost a bit much.

I would replace one of my one drops with Champion of the Parish if this weren't budget.

Pretty cool deck! How does having 4 Captain of the Watch work out for you? I'd normally run 2 copies. Maybe 3 at most since I never want more than one in my opening hand. I've never really tested so I'd like your take.
Although Soul Warden is cool, I'd suggest maybe Perimeter Guard? Ever seen him? A little more on theme, still prevents damage and nets life on the whole. Receives bonuses from your other guys as well :)

I would definitely play something like this if I had the cash.
I'm just not sure about Orzhov Charm. Its 1st effect isn't really effective in the deck. The 3rd can only target one of your creatures. So I'm guessing it's usually used as a kill spell? Maybe take out one, run 4 Thoughtseize, and 3 of something else?

@Spudshaver 21 works pretty well for me. Nothing is over 3 cmc. The average cmc is about 2, and there are a bunch of zero-drops as well. All in all, 21-22 seems good :)

UW heroic weenies is a strategy I consider more solid than many in today's standard.
I would put 4 copies Ordeal of Thassa and remove Ordeal of Heliod though. And you may want to look into Triton Tactics or Dauntless Assault over Chosen by Heliod or Annul.

Interesting deck! UW is my favorite piece of the color pie.
One thing I noticed is that many of the creatures aren't spirits? Drogskol Captain only buffs up 2 other creatures.
Angelic Page, Niblis of the Urn, Suture Spirit are all decent weenies that are both flying and spirits. And if you aren't running budget, you definitely want Kira, Great Glass Spinner and Geist of Saint Traft. Perhaps they could replace Jace's P and Krovican M?

Serum Visions is a Modern legal substitute for Preordain. And I think some oblivion rings would help take care of game-changing creatures, enchantments, and planeswalkers. Just my opinions :)
