How does anything that I said make you think that killing them would hurt you? And the point of fling is that with Kiln Fiend / Chandra's Spitfire they get pumped with burn spells (or Mutagenic Growth) / noncombat damage, then they attack, and then they are flung at the opponent. Attacking with a pumped creature and then flinging it at an opponent doesn't hurt you.
Take out Volt Charge, replace with Shock. Take out Perilous Myr, add in Kiln Fiend or Chandra's Spitfire. Maybe add in Goblin Fireslinger for Goblin Arsonist, too as it will do more damage over time (if it survives). Another thing to consider is Act of Treason and Fling.
And what is with the messed up blue sideboard? Add cards like Leyline of Punishment that would actually be useful. Maybe Crush to deal with non-creature artifacts.
You really should add Mutagenic growth. It does wonders on Kiln Fiend. For the small price of 2 life, you basically give your Kiln Fiend +5/+2. Here, check out my deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=219948

Try Mana Leak instead of Cancel.
The trick there is deciding what to take out to replace with Inquisition, as I was very close to keeping it in the deck, but I decided I would rather have 4 more creatures that also cause discard.
I'm liking this just based on the name.

Ok, I took your advice on the Infiltration Lens and added them to my sideboard. I replaced the Quest For Pure Flame with Shrine of Burning Rage after realizing that the Shrine would get pumped ridiculously fast with all of the cheap red spells.
I wish I could have Chandra too. XD Also, the plan is to use Artillerize not only on my own creatures, but theirs as well (Act of Treason). I can also use my Goblin Fireslinger as a blocker, then tap him to deal one damage, then artillerize him. This causes the creature it is blocking to still be blocked, and I take no damage even if they have trample.
If I could get my hands on some Arc Trails that'd be awesome. I have one fire servant, so that's why he isn't in yet.
Part of the point was not needing much mana (everything costs 4 or less), but I could go for more of a creature based burn. If I did, I would add in goblin arsonists and goblin grenades. Remember, I'm also going for cheap and quick. :D Thanks for the suggestions.

Why is having 65 cards so bad? I could take out Platinum Angel, but I love it!
