Hi, well thought out deck. But..... drown in the loch is really, really, really good in this deck. So is scheming symmetry. Scheming symmetry allows you to only run one ensnaring bridge, and is literally a one mana tutor with no draw back, as after you cast it you can then mill your opponent, and their card will go to the graveyard. Drown in the loch is a instant speed counterspell or kill any creature for only two manna in this deck, as your opponent will have lots of cards in their graveyard. These two cards i believe would really make the deck tick.

nice deck and all, but not really sure what phyrexian obliterator is doing in it, it's not a zombie. Also, you really want some anti graveyard hate, as pretty much every single deck in modern runs something like leyline of the void or grafdiggers cage or rest in peace. Your match ups currently would probably go like this: win match one easy, lose match two and three. Grave hate is the main reason zombies is not played very much at all in the current meta.
little bit confused about sideboard but?
I agree with Cithiri, but nice deck. looks kinda fun
hi, sorry for locking the deck, was messing round a bit with it. Was doing some theoretical testing, and found out that the deck really suffers against leyline of sanctity and hand disruption, and to deal with those things I needed to splash white, so I could run my own leyline, and decent enchantment hate. With the white splash, I thought I could upgrade other stuff too, so I now have stony silence to deal with artefacts and timely reinforcements as well as the new enchantment hate in the sideboard. Maindeck I have upgraded the sweeper, and found a similar deck running kaya. I that was a neat idea, and watched some videos of how she performed. In most match ups the deck really wanted her, so have added as a three of. Runed halo is kind of like a two mana ego that can be killed by enchantment hate, but didn't think that many people would be running enchantment hate maindeck, and in the sideboard it would be artefact and enchantment hate in the same card, ie ancient grudge, and they wouldn't side board it in against me anyway. Hopefully the deck performs for the better now, but its costs about 400 dollars more!
have done some research and scenario testing. The deck effectively beats almost anything after sideboarding that does not run leyline of sanctity. Please help me deal with this card, as I have tried and failed to find effective leyline hate in dimir colours. the card completely screws my deck round, as my inquizitions and thout sieze don't do anything, and neither does my ego's. I can deal with it if it comes down turn 4, as I will already generally have stolen it or the cards that I need from their hand, but slamming a leyline down turn 1 is almost always strait up lose.
would much appreciate it if you did. There is no way I will be getting the deck in the near future, and I don't play mtgo.
is this budget?
try making it modern legal?
I like the deck, am curious to see it match up competitively. Have you done any testing?
Thanks. Damnation helps a lot against creature decks, we beat humans 2-0, but I agree that some decks would flog this. However, I think that the deck beats most of the top decks in modern at the moment. You could do some testing and let me know?
any comments welcome
sorry I meant modern.
I like the deck, but I think you should try and make it standard legal.
any comments welcome!
i would suggest rack maindeck as well
I like, the only thing I don't entirely agree with is theatre of horrors. just taking a sample hand it didn't feel quite right. I might replace it with spawn of mayhem or something similar.
i like the deck but there is not enough land. you need at least 20.
4 lava spike
yeah, think lava spike is a fine option.
