I did a Venser deck myself though I only have two Venser's and I threw in his buddy from New Phyrexia just because.

You should see my own mill deck, it's improved with some of the new cards, though it's Blue and Black and uses some removal cards as well.

Everflowing Chalice can help the mana situation...Especially if you happen to have a few of any of the lands out already which you should...
