The idea is to mill opponents library and summon puppeteer clique. I varied from the previous strategy of 2 mind shatter and the puppeteer.

in order to mill an opponent, you need far more than 3 brokens, and 2 mind funerals. Not only that, but with bitter blossom, you are on a clock, so you don't want to be wasting time milling. I think the mind funeral is just a wasted spot, an you might as well put in a couple more sowers, a broken, an agony warp, and a scion. Puppeteer clique is also a sideboard card, you don't want to be playing it main deck. In terms of lands I would add in some faerie conclaves, and add a mutavault. If you are really set on milling you need to add in 4 jaces, and maybe a couple forced fruitions. If you don't like forced fruition, memory erosion, or even stuff like font of mythos or howling mine. You may also want to consider vendilion clique for a little more control, and to get to see your opponents hand.

l3dzppln thank you for the suggestion. well thats why there are sideboards wherein you can replace the cars in your main deck. if you're going to remove puppeteer then put 2 jace and mind funeral with 2 terror. then check the main deck now. the point is that mind shatter is XBB - the casting cost, while mind funeral 1UB. you dont need three or four of it. And the other point is that you keep your opponent guessing .
Traumatize is one of the best milling cards ever... personally. Nemesis of Reason, Scalpalexis (I think that's how it's spelled), and Raven Guild Master (if you don't mind going out of standard) are some great milling creatures. Also, if you want to be more predominantly mill then I would instead use the Merfolk as a tribe because merfolk have a lot of millers such as Drowner of Secrets (just look up on http://gatherer.wizards.com). Merfolk makes a better milling tribe than faeries but none the less, you can pull it off with a few tweaks. Please comment and rate my deck "Maelstrom Beatdown"
"Oona, Queen of the Fae" is an excellent faerie to have in this deck, you can mill and pump out tokens with her ability.
